MOM DIARY, 8:05 p.m. Friday Night

I seriously just argued with 5-year-old Max because he had decided his last two Ritz crackers were named "Mya and Max," and could never be eaten.

When I told him crackers are food and would eventually crumble and break, he was near hysterical.

Four-year-old Mya chimed in, defending her brother, yelling at me that I was "bad," and needed a "timeout."

I didn't know crackers had feelings. I must be the worst mama ever! Please put me in a mommy timeout?!...
